BYS4C's team is made up of young people who volunteer their time to organise climate strikes and campaign for climate and ecological justice.

We tend to hold weekly meetings (in person when possible) that are open to all members of our team. We operate on a horizontal structure - everyone involved's opinion is equally valid and we welcome anyone who supports our aims and values to become a part of BYS4C.
